Maurice "Mo" Banks is already sort of an institution in the local food movement. As a young adult, Mo got involved in various urban agriculture projects including starting the original Off The Block Salsa project. Mo has worked for many years in the neighborhood in support of the Darbo Pantry Project and other efforts. Mo now works for HFFA and is helping lead a cutting edge project distributing Purpose Grown Produce from Crossroads Community Farm and other locations.  Want to know his Spirit Vegetable?
