Have you ever given a presentation in front of a large audience or at a conference? After creating your content and slide deck, you rehearsed what you were going to say. Just as I’ve done with each of the PoDrops episodes before pressing record. If you rehearse a scripted episode a few times before recording, you’ll be able to catch any language that sounds off or potentially trips you up when speaking. Writing something on paper and reading it to yourself in your head, are not the same as speaking the words out loud. Rehearsing saves time on editing as you’ll have fewer trip-ups to remove and be better prepared to speak when it’s time to record.
