Have you ever worked harder than everyone else and never had that acknowledged? That is okay! If you are able to understand the difference between noticing and acknowledging you will be much better off. There are many people out there that will not tell you when you are doing a good job, but will always take mental notes on that. You should always be working like someone is watching.
