Tasha LRae is a singer, songwriter and designer who is a member of the award-winning group Arrested Development. Tasha shares how she was thrust into designing her own pieces and jewelry while on the road with Arrested Development and how that manifested itself into the creation of her line Earjeans and has since morphed into Made by Tasha lines. Prior to the civil unrest beginning in 2020, Tasha began her “Racism Sucks” themed items such as t-shirts, coffee mugs etc. Stay tuned as Tasha shares the importance of knowing when it’s time to pivot as an entrepreneur.
