After a solid year of considering taking my love and passion for training to a competitive level, I finally took the leap of faith, and I couldn’t be more thrilled to be going through all of this for the first time with Noa! In today’s episode, we talk about what the prep process looks like to get onstage, the misconceptions surrounding bodybuilding, and Noa’s experience with building her coaching brand with Team Mihaly.
