Spring is in the air!

Are you as excited as I am?? 

This morning I literally jumped out of bed after hearing a cardinal chirping in a tree by my window.

In today’s CHAT, I go through:

·       how we mirror this cyclical rhythm in our day-to-day and our lifespans;

·       and how our rhythm is perfect just the way it is, if we let it be
