On this episode, we were able to sit down with @emilypmotti
They’re a writer, producer, stand up comic, model, and actor living and working in Brooklyn. They cultivated an online community of nearly 200,000 people during quarantine by sharing their experience coming out as nonbinary. Motti’s hope for their work as a creative is to articulate complex ideas of gender, sexuality, mental health, and other socio-political topics in a way that not only makes you laugh, but also think and reflect.
On this episode we speak on creative comedic writing, establishing more inclusive spaces for queer creatives, and their new variety show that highlights the LGBTQ+ community.
