Episode 019. Grab the Kleenex. This one is sad. I recorded this on Mother's Day 2022 for the purpose of sharing my truth and story of miscarriage, grief and healing. This episode is heavy compared to my regular content and might not be the right episode for you, but for those who listen along I promise there are rays of sunshine and hope woven into my sadness and I end by sharing all about my rainbow baby.

Sometimes when you hear someone else’s story, even when it’s not the exact circumstance you’ve gone through, there’s a comforting sense of knowing you’re not alone.

Though this episode might be too tender for some I've intended it for anyone going through loss of any kind, not just babies. To leave our stories, whether in journals, a memoir, a recording like this is to have a voice to the precious ones to come in our footsteps to say I was where you are and look, look there’s hope.
