Why is it that we scroll through social media and then put the phone down to only feel bad about ourselves? It's the comparison game. I'll tell you why my latest quote is, "Comparison is me not knowing me." What does that even mean?

Getting approval from others is a boost of confidence, but in the long term it destroys our own intuition.

I also reveal a secret about talking to myself which involves emailing myself. Weird? Yup, but you'll definitely want to know my secret and why it's helped me in the area of self-kindness.
