Today we are going to discuss different active passive income out there and we are going to differentiate them to give you an idea of what might be best for your investment goals.

1. Buy & Hold is an active passive income because the investors are doing it themselves, they're self managing and they're finding the properties themselves so it is a lot of work.
2. Turnkey Rental is a passive active passive income because somebody is finding the property, they're renovating the property, they're putting a resident in the property, and then they're going to manage the property for you. You're just going to buy it and you're gonna expect the cash flow.
3. Funds & Syndications is the most passive that you can possibly get. Initially, you have to review the agreement and ask any questions that you have, wire the money for the deal, then wait for quarterly reports and look at what you are going to get paid. Same thing with the funds, just make sure the numbers add up and then wait quarterly or biannually for the interest payments.
