Hi, I’m Fatima Williams and I know that I have come into this world with a clear purpose and mission: to help 100,000 individuals achieve an Intentionality Mindset and to find their DREAM CAREER.

Most of the success in my career I owe to a lifelong of learning from people, real life experiences and many of those whom I interact with on a day-to-day basis. They have taught me many invaluable lessons. But I also KNOW without any doubt that mental toughness and knowing how to coach myself has become critical to my personal and professional growth over the past 15 years. My Passion is to help create a Purpose-Driven world around me.

As a part of my upcoming Intentionality Series - “Pass the Baton on to Aspiring Entrepreneurs” we are talking to S. Lewis-Campbell , Co-Founder of Beauty & the Beast Publishing (“BATB”) – her company has taken up a social responsibility to publish writers from socially disadvantaged backgrounds, providing them a voice and opportunity as social beings. I absolutely love that.
