Sadly, we’re talking about a very not fun “D Word” today. Buckle up, it’s a heavy one.

Millions, literally, millions of people suffer from depression in the US alone. The funny thing is, we can probably count on one hand the number of conversations we’ve had openly about our mental health struggles. While it’s becoming less taboo to talk about, it can definitely still feel so isolating.

We don’t have the answers to fixing our mental health. Believe us when we say we absolutely wish we did. We just want you to know that you are not alone.
