1. Confess and Repent

Nothing will erode your faith and trust in the Lord Jesus like sin left unconfessed. You cannot live contrary to your convictions very long either your behavior will have to change or your beliefs.

Matthew 4:17

James 5:16

16 Therefore confess your sins to each other and pray for each other so that you may be healed. The prayer of a righteous person is powerful and effective.

1. Rehearse the Gospel

“No one is more influential in your life than you are. Because no one talks to you more than you do.”

1. Remember what Christ has accomplished.
2. Remember who are now because of that.
3. Remember the power over sin you have.

4. Remember your calling going forward.

5. Examine your environments and influences
