We are beginning a conversation on deconstruction. People have different sentiments about Evangelical Christians who are deconstructing their faith, often painting it as the enemy, or some type of threat. While faith ideas and beliefs being challenged or criticized can be scary, we believe that the ask itself is not inherently a bad thing.

It’s good to make sure that what you believe is true and right and good—but in the search for truth, it’s easy to veer off course with intellectual pride, or get caught up in the pain of broken-heartedness. Taking a closer look at Jesus’ approach—when it comes to people with questions— there might be more permission to consider than we thought. And as we work out our beliefs in our respective journeys, it’s important to stay true to the mission and not lose heart. Thanks for listening and we hope you enjoy.
