What are personal values?  How do we find out what our personal values are?

These are questions I wanted to try to answer........
Despite thinking about 'values' deeply this past few months, I never understood exactly what they were and how knowing what they were might help me life a better life. I needed a structure; I needed a guide.....so I found one!
