Today Zarrina’s guest is Julia Karhu.  Julia is a coach and consultant within leadership, positive organisations and wellbeing, through the company Leadership Power (www.leadershipower.se). Together with her colleague and father, Kim Karhu, they have a podcast in Sweden called ”Välmåendepodden”, which is about wellbeing. They also run a nonprofit organisation, Wake Me Up, where Julia has the role of Operations Manager. Wake Me Up works to promote wellbeing among young people between the ages of 16-22, in both Sweden and Norway, where young people can book coaching for free through the organisation’s app.
