Armed with a graduate degree from Texas A&M University she founded and led what became a multimillion-dollar commercial landscape company with branches throughout the State of Texas employing over 500 team members. During her 35 years as President, Deborah uncovered and supported a next generation of leaders who successfully took the reins of the company when it became employee-owned in 2008. Since 2017, she has focused full time on writing, speaking and consulting.
