Calling all future and present bakers! This is an easy to make recipe for an Apple Upside-down Cake. 

You will need

• 7 x 11 inch glass baking dish
• small saucepan
• spoon
• 1 large mixing bowl
• 1 medium mixing bowl
• electric hand mixer

Ingredients

Topping: 

• 2 apples
• 4 tablespoons of butter
• 2/3 cup of brown sugar
• 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon

Cake:

• 1 ½ cup of all-purpose flour
• 2/3 cup of sugar
• 1 teaspoon of cinnamon
• 1 teaspoon of baking powder
• 1/4 teaspoon of salt
• 1/4 cup of whole milk
• 2 eggs
• 8 tablespoons of butter (soft)
• 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract
