Every year on her birthday, Erika looks back at the year before and takes stock of how far she has come and sets a vision for the future, focusing on how that future makes her feel. Erika talks about the big goals, also known as BHAGs, that we can set for ourselves to build for the long-term, and then focus on “bite-sized” steps. It’s also about trust and letting go, a balance between control and surrender. We can’t foresee every twist in the road and sometimes the universe’s plan is so much better than what we could have imagined for ourselves. Speaking it out loud and writing it down helps us commit to our vision. You can only call in what you feel worthy to receive.
