We live In a wonderful global community which leads us to connect with people and experiences different from our own. Our ideas, relationships, children, businesses are richer when we can tap into the uniqueness. Innovation is unleashed when we are able to listen to and try new perspectives. When we do, we may also find that we are more alike than we are different.
