In this episode I touch upon the downs that I have experienced so far. It is not because there has been a lot but I also know how much social media is often portraying a perfect life and how travelling the world may mostly just sound like a dream. I haven't started travelling yet but as I get closer and closer to my departure date I can also feel waves of doubt come rushing in sometimes.

This is a shorter episode but one of the reasons I started this podcast - to share both the ups and downs - as the title states.
