What’s wrong with VC part II.

Today’s #founderfriday is with Molly Johnson-Jones who’s just closed her #seed round.

Molly has experienced the best and worst of the industry having spoken to 100s of #VCs. 

In the podcast we talk about her experience raising for her startup as a female founder (should such a term exist?) compared to her male co-founders.

It tees up the full length audio podcast which is in the comments where at times it gets spiky and obnoxious (well I am. Molly is charming, erudite and thoughtful).

I would ask any #investor to have an uncomfortable watch, listen and also look through the videos and articles in the comments.

Founders, male or female or other, it’s worth having a ponder how you engage with the investment community and more importantly how you want to be engaged with, and by whom.

There’s a real problem. One I don’t want to believe exists and one I fear I’m a part of subconsciously.
