I am sure you have seen them.
You know the bad man on social media
Often called trolls and bullies. 

Its crazy what happens when certain people get behind a keyboard they act in ways they would never in real life and give unsolicited bad advice that does nothing but take from other people. 

I can totally take a person smearing rude comments, or hate speech because I know they are just hurting inside and I feel for them. 
The thing I can not take though is the unsolicited bad advice. 
This is such a disservice to people, their mental health, and what they are trying to achieve. 

That being said...
If I see it I have to stand up against it so I did.
