This is a total trap.
Its something I see every single person do starting out. 
Doing work so they can say they are working. 

This could legit be the death of your business.
I know this sounds harsh but its true. 
Doing work just to put on the persona that you are working hard instead of doing the work that needs to be done will just lead to burn out and insecurities rising. 

You need to always know what is important work and what is not. 
Editing your cover photo is not
Playing with colours on your website is not
Taking your 5th new profile pic this month is not
Etc.

Non of these will make you revenue in the end of the day nor will it be the decision maker if you become successful or not. 
Those are fun tasks you get the benefit of when you have done the real work. 
The real work should be your priority.
