In their attempt to keep their eco-footprint as small as possible, they use hydroelectric power from the beck running by their workshops and cool their polishers and cutters using the same beck water rather than oil.

In this episode, Adam chats with Phil, founder of MyPodcastAssistant, about his journey from a rock band frontman to a full-time freelance voice actor, and how he found his calling in helping people sound amazing online.
Phil shares his experience of falling into the world of cold calling and eventually winding up in marketing, where he had to put aside his love for music. However, in 2016, he discovered the crazy underworld of voiceover and started growing a side-hustle as a voice actor. Two years later, he made the bold decision to become a full-time freelance voice actor and hasn't looked back since.
But it wasn't until the pandemic hit in 2019 that Phil started MyPodcastAssistant, utilising his years of experience as a musician and voice actor to help others create great sounding podcasts and to sound amazing online. His goal is to help people bring their voices to life and to make their podcasts stand out in a crowded online space.
