The Jewish leaders have begun to reject Jesus so Jesus begins to change His message. Jesus makes the Jewish legalists angry because of what He does on the sabbath. Keeping the sabbath was important to the Jewish leaders. Rather than learn the truth from Jesus, they follow Him and try to catch Him doing something so they could accuse Him.  Legalism always lays a burden on people that is not loving nor compassionate.
