During episode 9, I spoke about my favorite time of year, post season basketball.  Lots of big games coming up.  SoDak 16 girls on Thursday, Region boys all week, the DSU Women qualify for the national tournament for the 2nd straight season, and the Summit League this weekend at the Denny.

I also had the pleasure of chatting with two of the football coaches at Sioux Valley.  Dan Hughes, the head coach, spoke with me about his role with the SDFBCA, the SDFBCA Spring Clinic and the SDFBCA All-Star Game.  Jordan Fast, the Sioux Valley Defensive Coordinator, discussed officiating/umpiring in South Dakota, the shortage of officials, and his unique geography project comparing different geographic parameters for teams that make it to the state football championships.
