EXCERPT: Separation is a big feature of 3rd Dimensional living. We start out in the oneness of our mother's womb, but are expelled from that oneness, and then our umbilical cord is cut, leaving us alone and helpless. We are then labeled with a name that further demonstrates to us that we are not connected to our origins anymore. We are further socialized from a paradigm of societal individualism with rules of conduct that prevent us from unduly inflicting ourselves on others, as if we are wild loose cannons of destruction, a further condemnation of our value and individuality.
The Reality of this construct is that what we think we are conjuring up is actually what has already been created, and by simply choosing that reality by living in it, we cross the various thresholds and portals leading to its appearance. By accepting this, we come to the realization that the "heaven" we seek is already laid out in its fullness and totality within us, and the journey to it describes our resistance.
EXCERPT: The waking up process can be difficult and at times unbelievable, but through a renewed, deep, committed love of ourselves, our humanity, our identity and experiences, we can reclaim all of what science, too, is just now beginning to realize--that we can and will be accepted with open arms into Galactic and Universal Culture.
EXCERPT: What I'm coming around to is that there is a particular sensation of the miraculous we all have access to, and it can move us into feeling a sense of transcendence over mundane normalcy. Our routines and repetitious experiences form a sort of sensory numbing, where our expectations of experiencing the same or similar activities blanks out subtle changes and trends--much like retinal fatigue, or rubbing an ear lobe to make it numb.
EXCERPT: We diligently seek "answers" when we don't know something, and mistakenly carry over that habit into our spiritual life where there is a whole other thing going on. We get confused between ego knowing and the awareness of self.
"When there is pervasive pain, usually the first thing we do is try to get rid of it, when the healing thing to do is to acknowledge with gratitude where in your body there is no pain. We call it 'finding your shool," he gazed at me and I realized that although my shoulders were aching and my knees hurt, my lower back felt really good.
"Yes, concentrate on that. Give that your energy and attention, and it will expand," he added right after my thoughts.
If we can turn this around so that death exists alongside life, it makes much more sense, and becomes something we can work with. Life no longer is defined by death--no longer defined by "lifespan". Instead, death becomes a useful agent for change--a way to transform self, and transcend the death-obsessed ego.
We have been acculturated to deny and run from the darkness within ourselves, and like so many societal "solutions" to undesirable states and conditions, the more intensely we resist and deny the darkness, the more solid it becomes.
Mindfulness is a vital practice, and anyone who says different is advocating for self-ignorance, low intelligence, and warlike approaches to the world's problems. It is important to allow that many people do have these non-mindful views, because by being OK with them allows us to see the pain and injustices that must have been at their genesis.
So this is where Crowley and his ilk are wrong. They disregard this dualism--saying that whatever you want, you can have--a gross oversimplification and a misleading come on to gullible spiritual seekers. It is, in fact, how such Luciferian movements as "The Secret" film and the generally misunderstood "Law of Attraction" got traction.
EXCERPT: Just observe it all--get into spectator mode about your own mind and attention and where you control it, and where you allow it to be controlled. Get into the non-duality of mindful awareness. There is no "good" or "bad"--just different states of energy. For all his simplicity and good intentions, I believe Andy of Mayberry really knew this to be true. And, yes, all police training should definitely require a nice, long visit to Mayberry.
When you're a rebellious renegade like me, after 60-some years of pain, suffering, and observing the transitory nature of it all, it ends up seeming like a joke. But I'm coming around to the Truth of it: I'm here to make the internal and external eternal. I'm here to live my life to reflect back to me the eternal, infinite nature of what and who I am.
It very quickly starts to become real that every particle, every wave, every point, everywhere is broadcasting its own program, as it entangles with and resonates with other points of broadcast that combine and manifest as unique creations--always in motion, always changing, always responding to your attention and intent.
By letting the unknown be unknown, it takes the limitations off of what is possible. Just declare it: "Show me something amazing", or "I don't know or care how, just show up!" and then remain mindful in the moment, observing the coalescence of events and circumstances as they unfold to answer your intent.
The important thing to realize here is that for every unwanted condition, denied energy, and latent trigger, lies the opposite, that when addressed and brought to present attention, causes a discharge, and so is no longer unconsciously reactive. What initiates this process of mindful attention can exist anywhere in the quantum field of life.
EXCERPT: When I talk about re-framing, I'm saying that it is a way of changing the past, and is actually supported by quantum physics. Something happened you interpreted as negative. You then re-visit the event, and re-contextualize it as a "life lesson", or how by creating that negative situation, you were serving your personal development.
The thing about this first touch of god was, it terrified me. I mean it really scared the bejesus (pardon the pun) out of me. To the point where I was sort of stunned spiritually, where I couldn't even read a spiritual book or talk metaphysics for a few years after that.
Socio-politically, "necessities" are really code for getting others to give up personal power. We hear about these necessities from people in power attempting to use "necessity" as an excuse not to explain or be open to creative input from other people. "We must do this because it's necessary." No it isn't. There is always another way besides what is necessary.
EXCERPT: The love of and in our life starts with the self. If we don't love ourselves, we literally cannot love our life, and thus the things, people, circumstances and events within it. To love self is to honor self, and this can be a hard one.
EXCERPT: For those of us who have been following the extraterrestrial "UFO" phenomena for most of their lives (I remember reading George Adamski's Inside the Spaceships when I was a pre-teen), the idea of advance civilizations commuting across the galaxy and visiting Earth, was really not too much a stretch. In fact, the more I sat with the idea, the more it made sense--based on the sheer mathematics of time and space the universe represents.
The significance of acknowledging awareness of non-terrestrial life, is to connect with the rest of the living universe. It is an evolutionary imperative. I would go so far to say that to deny the existence of living, breathing, building, traveling civilizations beyond our solar system is to deny our own destiny.
EXCERPT: We began to discuss what a false dichotomy it is to separate the self as spirit, or consciousness, from physical experience and the body. The non-dualistic truth is that there is no separation between spiritual and physical. In fact, this false separation could be considered one of the oldest divide-and-conquer tricks perpetrated by the Controllers in the master-slave power games.
EXCERPT: There is comfort in the truth that all is truly well, and it's okay to have what I desire. Resisting the hows and how-comes, is a hollow, futile exercise in personal control dramas. The key is to relax and enjoy the ride.
This strategy of relaxing while falling became automatic with me, so that anytime there was an experience of pain or discomfort or imbalance, I would simply let go, relax and regain equilibrium--allowing the energies to re-adjust and re-discover new pathways for healing.
There is a fascinating video on YouTube by Tom Montalk, who describes various types of synchronicities. There are the garden variety "coincidences", and then there are the more rare "manifestation" synchronicities where, as a direct result of creating a choice, things immediately begin to line up for the actualization of it.
When we begin to access previously shutdown perceptions and pathways to high abilities, it feels like a coming home, or a re-centering of being, just on the verge of overwhelming, yet completely natural. It is the Second Coming of the Self, the beginning of an embodiment of everything that is.
We all have access to our own inner light, that if acknowledged and directed, is the true source of any healing. From a non-dualistic perspective, if there is something to be healed, that requires a pre-existing means to heal it from the same agency noticing the need for healing. It's simply the dualistic nature of disease--the disease and the cure exist together, just as within every problem is the solution.
Duck and cover is how we engage in full-blown denial of our fears and circumstances. It gives us a sort of sense of protection, even though it is no protection at all. The soft underbelly reality of denial is the fact that those energies we deny are precisely the ones we must embrace in order to achieve any modicum of self-mastery.
And there it is. Resisted by life. The Big Lie. The only thing resisting me is me. What I call "life" is simply the sensory experience of this particular mirroring consensus frequency, where it's automatic to be shown "evidence" of external resistance. These quantum entanglements of what looks like resistance are in reality my own evaluations and juried indictments of my own value.
There eventually arises a desire to "rise above it all", to transcend the hive minds, and get beyond all the conflict of this Opposite World. This is Nature's way of squeezing our consciousness into present time awareness, and drives us to be mindful and non-judgmental about everything around us. It's the only way out, really, and even though it's difficult, it's certainly preferable to living in a hole in defense mode.
My conjecture is that for evolutionary reasons, this feature was embedded in the DNA, just as fear of change was, but for different reasons that were exploited to create slaves. The F.O.N.C.'s (Fear Of No Changers) acted as liberators for other F.O.N.C.'s, while the F.O.C.'s (Fear Of Change) people kept to themselves, preferring the soothing regularity that constant routine affords.
EXCERPT: Resistance to an unwanted condition inevitably gives it energy and further attaches it to my energy field. With allowance, the unwanted condition simply floats on by and fades off into the distance. Yet, we tend to resist what we have a vested interest in continuing. We take up arms in the defense of our resistance as if our perceived superior position will cause the "other side" to just give up, and it's one more victory for the ego.
EXCERPT: When the boy cries wolf too many times, investigations ensue, actual facts are produced, and before very long, the psyop fizzles--control agendas get exposed, and the lies they were based on. The "players" are found to be criminals, and their motives become obvious.
If we get all tangled up in the "how" and "where" and "when", we short-circuit the subconscious creator by creating a microscopically narrow set of possibilities from which it can create. This is what I call "time pollution". We feel like after sitting with our desires unfilled, the world seems to remain stationary, as we twiddle our thumbs, continually looking at the clock.
The conundrum of physical existence is that as a soul, we've been around literally forever, and the body game is just that: a game--one in which we find ourselves not only surrounded by the space-time reality of our perceptions as interpreted by a human body's brain and energy fields, but also existing outside that local space-time continuum as an infinite, non-local presence.
The task--or trick--is to regain our denied consciousness to such a degree that the world we experience reflects accurately our desires and visions. As biologist, Dr. Bruce Lipton, has pointed out, 97-99 percent of what we are creating is unconscious, emanating from the subconscious mind.
You intend to have or be something, and at a quantum level, it's happening--instantly. We get tripped up by the passage of time, and our unawareness or unacceptance of this concept, which makes us believe we need to control everything for the desired outcome. By attempting to control the quantum state, it is pretty much guaranteeing you'll be injecting force fields between your original intention and its inevitable outcome.
The task--or trick--is to regain our denied consciousness to such a degree that the world we experience reflects accurately our desires and visions. As biologist, Dr. Bruce Lipton, has pointed out, 97-99 percent of what we are creating is unconscious, emanating from the subconscious mind.
EXCERPT: I have come to see that gentle, certain intent trumps high-energy, forcible intent. Both achieve the objective, yet the former does it much more lovingly within the context of a healing space. Gratitude is the over-arching theme, as opposed to the unforgiving battleground of overcoming survival threats.
I call suffering a "dark art" because it has been used mercilessly by power-hungry abusers on their victims, and by those who would control others, for millennia. We also do it to ourselves, of course, but we learn it, because suffering is a cultural meme, and really nothing more than that.
EXCERPT: Religions capitalize on this DNA-born urge to "make it" to that higher life, imposing fake "laws" and "transgressions" so that we can only expect to arrive in the kingdom after dropping the body--pretty effective population control trap.
From where I stand, awareness of one's feelings and subsequent thoughts that we assign authorship to, is the Number One most important factor in having a fulfilling experience of one's life.
Enter that pesky Law of Attraction that acts as a gigantic mirror of BOTH selves highest intentions, lowest desires and temporal feelings. The universe reflects back to the embodied you what is your dominate temporal state of choices, responses and feelings. Simultaneously, it reflects back to the higher self all the infinite possibilities it has available to it for the temporal self outside of time-space.
EXCERPT: The crux of this matter is that however a person shows up to us, they are a reflection of our own judgments and conclusions--our own separation anxieties, fixed ideas and values. We tend to overlook the fact that they are having a similar experience down here on the streets as I am, and even if they haven't been paying attention to the same things I have, doesn't mean they don't have something to teach me.
By acknowledging this particular mechanical property of life, when unwanted circumstances occur, there is very good reason for expressing gratitude. These events are leading to the highest, most generative life you truly desire. By expressing gratitude in this way, Life starts reflecting that gratitude back to you with your higher desires.
EXCERPT: That's why when we CHOOSE to change our life into something exciting and worth living, all the reasons why that can't happen immediately show up. This is the "switch" that we had previously carefully and skillfully installed! Now it becomes a matter of repeating the choice--over and over--until the subconscious program is overwritten--that switch is turned off, and a new switch is turned on: "My life is exciting and worth living."
The key take away here is that we all have the ability to CHANGE the way we feel, regardless of the outside causes of negative feelings. Even while in high levels of pain, I've been able to find a niche of feeling relief, and then focus on that. Lo and behold, pain levels diminish, and it makes it even more possible to feel relief, joy, compassion and ease.
Most of us surround our desires with wall after wall of judgments and conclusions that all but insure the desire remains only in the imaginary realm. By opening up to the possibility of our desire actually appearing in the physical world, then the primary mental and spiritual practice becomes Patience.
The quantum matrix program we live in is driven by choice. Choose a different outcome, and the matrix program adjusts to accommodate that choice. Choose to retain a negativity or grudge or point of view, and the matrix program adjusts to accommodate that.
If instead, we are suffering or prolonging discomfort, how about changing the current situation or condition by tuning in to the higher version of yourself, and sending out the intention to become that? More joy, more ease, more fulfillment, more amazing-ness. Then, be willing to experience whatever the universe presents to us as experience in the unfoldment of that version of yourself wherever it may lead.
Even in the "new age" spirituality movement there can be a "weaponizing" of spiritual concepts by using them to belittle, invalidate or limit another. Your 4th Chakra is closed down, so you are a hateful person, for example. The non-dual version would be the observation that the person's 4th chakra is in the process of opening as indeed is the entire being.
Humans are funny mammals--funny tragic, that is. At our core we are infinite spiritual beings, and by the time you zoom in through all the levels of power dissipation, we're left with individuals with tragically limited personal power, separated and compartmented into a matrix of beliefs about who and even what we are.
It is the basic nature of humans to attain higher and higher states of awareness and consciousness. In scientific fact, it has been recently discovered and realized that the human brain operates in as many as 11 mathematical dimensions. These are apparently necessary to "step down" and assimilate the infinitely vast amounts of information inherent in every moment in such as way as to render it coherent to the extremely limited human senses.
EXCERPT: In fact, in other new research, it was found that emotional states directly change physical matter, proving the illusion of separation between what we feel and what we experience is the great veil eclipsing our direct experience of the divine.
One of the more amazing aspects to Life that quantum physics teaches us is that all possibilities--infinite possibilities--exist within every moment.
What if "The Afterlife" is all about making new choices--about doing things differently than we did them before to create a different result for ourselves. The fact that we use the death of the body as a way to "jump parallel universes" now seems, in light of this new possibility, rather over-dramatic and anachronistic.
EXCERPT: One handy mind hack is to be mindful of when you put yourself at the effect of circumstances. Then say, "Interesting thing I created there. What is my next best move?" This replaces the inner rhetoric that usually goes on: "Damn. This pattern again. Will I ever learn? I'm tired of everything working against me."... etc. etc.
EXCERPT: We're really talking about making the kinds of choices that launch you out of the comfort zone box into a whole new life. Now, not everyone wants to get out of the box, and that's a valid choice, too. But to really change it up--if that's what you need or want to do--then the Meaty Choice is your alternative.
EXCERPT: The thing is, Life really doesn't care whether you personally live or die, since through living it expresses itself through you, and in death, simply uses the vacated quantum waves, molecules and cells to joyfully re-animate into new forms of life. So the choice to live or die is yours alone to make.
EXCERPT: So what seems like stuck-ness is actually an awareness of acceleration, making our life seem like it's standing still. Watch for the movement, watch for the new possibilities, and watch for that new vehicle coming to whisk you to the stars!
All things are possible in this universe. ALL things are possible. This is first premise that must be embraced before any "visioning" can become a reality. We so often, right off the bat, disallow certain possibilities because we've chosen to make it so. "I'm never going to have a lot of money." "I'm always going to be fat." "I'm never going to find that perfect love", etc. etc.
EXCERPT: Now, when I say "perfect", I'm talking about a result of the greatest good not only for me, but for all of humanity, the planet and the universe. This is way beyond my petty desires for how I would like everything to turn out. It's the perfection of a holistic vision that is personal existence, that contributes all of its energies toward the creation of Universal Love.
EXCERPT: "Look, if what you know is causing you to want something other than what you have, then that something is not something you know about, capisce? You want something different, and then when it starts showing up, what do you do? 'Eh, that doesn't work,' or 'I already know that,' or 'I've seen that before.' Uh, news flash: NO, YOU HAVEN'T!" Marty is looking at me like my high school English teacher did when I tried to correct her and I was incorrect myself.
EXCERPT: A long time ago, my guru told me, "Do you know how to train a cat? You wait until it does something you want it to do, and then reward it." Life is much like that--it's flowing according to the story you're creating, and will immediately change course if you do. Change course with gratitude and re-framing.
EXCERPT: We are not islands. We are not separate "points of light" scattered across the void. The "void" is very much an ocean of connectivity, communion and consciousness. Our very atomic structure is intermingled with that of exploding stars, whirling galaxies and all the sentience that created it.
If you've done any "manifesting" study, you know that usually the lightest of requests submitted to the Universe creates the fastest results. The Universe's responses, our body's needs, the consciousness of non-corporeal beings, God, even the thoughts of others, come into our awareness as whispers. We get used to a certain amplitude of cacophony in our modern society that seems to "drown out" these whispers and makes life seem "heavy" and isolated. We feel we need to work hard, slave away, keep our noses to the grindstone and only accept those obviously physical things as valid to our perceptions. The rest of the whispers lose their relevance.
Finding that "clear space", that space of no thought that finds us floating in a sea of enfolding love and support, is the skill of transcendence. It is also the space of repair and healing after the reptilian brain has "blown out the energetic fuses" of the body, leaving it weak and exhausted.
EXCERPT: Habituated thought is how we cope with the infiniteness of ourselves. We narrow down the bandwidth using judgments of right or wrong; we then justify those judgments by tying our experiences to them. We then leave it there--a nice comfortable little rut of unconsciousness.
The moral to the story is that if you're attempting to actualize something, make sure it's not something else you're not acknowledging that you're making a deal breaker.
EXCERPT: We all came into this reality agreeing to quite a long list of rules and laws, and by doing so, it shifted our power and energies to "the other". It's important to get why this is important. "The other" is the Infinite--all the infinite possibilities from which all possibilities are born. It is, as I like to say, the soft underbelly of my own infiniteness. It's the part that we make "the other"--the part that is beyond what our limited minds can fathom.
Conventional wisdom without introspection allows one to embrace these memes, not because they are really true, but because they sound like they should be.
One of the most basic realities about being a spiritual being is that we are infinite. We have all the power, all the awareness, all the knowledge we need to create anything we desire. In fact--a hard fact--is that we have created, in great detail, everything we are experiencing in our lives.
EXCERPT: There have been manifestation experiments where it was shown that asking questions about something greater happening, is far superior to visualization techniques. In other words, jump out of the box of yourself and trust that the Universe has your back, and is going to give you what you desire. Your job is not to limit it to a specific set of familiar circumstances.
We've all heard people say, "It was really dangerous, but I've never felt so alive." The reality of this is that if this danger you speak of that was making you feel so alive just kept going without respite, the stress of it would certainly kill you.
Now I'm wondering, what if the Universe is just waiting for me to get out of my own way? What if I'm unconsciously blocking the Universe by making all these plans, cooking up all these schemes, and worrying my pretty little head about outcomes.
The structure of pain and dis-ease in the body is underpinned, anchored and given form by the emotions or feelings from which it arose. By re-experiencing these emotions, we're able to effectively "reverse-engineer" and de-construct our pain.
EXCERPT: Now, what the body doesn't need is for you to focus on the pain itself, because we all know what happens when we focus on something: it gets bigger. This is like objecting to the fact you are being yelled at, instead of listening to what is actually being said.
What if healing and health have really nothing to do with what supplements you take or even what diet you consume? What if the MOST IMPORTANT thing is what you BELIEVE about your health and healing?
We pretend we're not choosing and things get bad or worse, and then we suddenly realize we "have no choice" but to...(fill in the blank). My spiritual teacher once told me,
TOOL NUMBER ONE: Staying in the Question. Humans are not particularly good about handling answers. We tend to "find THE answer" and then stick with that sucker come hell or high water (even if we caused the hell and high water). I guess there is a sort of comfort in "knowing you have THE answer". And yet (and I speak from experience), when you think you've found The Answer, after some time and life goes by, you pretty much become convinced that it really wasn't THE answer. So you start off again down that road to the Holy Grail. It's in human DNA, I believe, and it's not very useful.
In some cases, having a "dream" is all that's needed. How many times have you wanted something to happen, and it just did without you doing anything? But we seem to want to jump immediately to planning, learning, goal-setting and "success formulas". You know what? Most of that stuff is the Universe's job! When we take it over, we end up working our asses off and "success" seems to wander further and further out into the future.
In quantum reality, there is no past or future. These are constructs of the mind. What we use as the past is simply a way of categorizing perceptions of experiences in chronological order because it's become easy for the mind to operate that habitual way. Quantumly, however, everything is happening at once.
Life can be a living meditation every moment by simply paying attention to your thoughts and words, allowing them to flow, and choosing something different when you want to change things. There is no powerful "subconscious" that is causing all the ills in your life--that's victim behavior. Choice is more powerful. Choose to be happy. Choose to be healthy. Choose to be the very best of who you are.
This is the remedy for suffering: change the circumstances. Do something different. Get out ahead of the situation. Allow the pain, allow all the inconvenience, all the grouchy thoughts and emotions, and just soldier on.
It means that if you want or intend something to happen, it begins to happen immediately in the atoms and molecules of your life. That initial change will continue to grow into everything you are asking for--provided you don't stop it prematurely by declaring, "Well, nothing's happening, so I guess I can't have that." And the Universe is just as happy to respond to that as well.
Replace ACCEPT with ALLOW for those things you want to change: "Grant me the serenity to ALLOW those things I cannot change" puts you in a much more empowered position. Those "things you cannot change" simply flow around you and float on off and out of your universe.
There's a huge difference between awareness and an answer. With an answer, inquiry stops. The question has been answered, it's all settled, no need to look further. This effectively stops awareness. With awareness, you are always aware that there is more, that there is a greater, larger picture to gain awareness of. Awareness stops or freezes with an answer.
At one point maybe 20 years ago, I did an informal study of quantum physics--something on the order of "Quantum Physics for Dummies" (which is an actual book). Every time I would delve into the subject I would get my mind blown. Concepts such as "quantum entanglement", where atomic information ends up instantaneously (apparently, teleported) spread among several particles at once; or Einstein's "spooky action at a distance" when it's possible for a single particle to be in two places at once.
This is deeply subversive stuff, and I love it.
EXCERPT: As millennia dragged on, countless violations of Natural Cosmic Law ensued, eventually leading to the corralling of these Dark Beings mostly into this solar system, where they have been operating under quarantine for several hundred thousand years.
True Freedom for the world, on the other hand, is found in the Truth of You--the pure creative power of You off script--the you that you are when there are no definitions of you to fall back on, no opposition to define you as the opposite. You are being and doing you regardless of agendas, dramas, tyrannical mandates, or the screaming demands to "behave" and follow the script.
When we start accusing Creation of perceived cruelty, injustice, pain and torture, it forces this mirror universe to reflect back upon us our own cruelty, injustice, pain and torture. And this is why mindfulness is so important to a life experience of joy and love. Mindfulness allows us to maintain situational awareness about our own thoughts, allowing negativity to instantly pass away, and opening to the highest possibilities of any moment.
As we are now finding out via the current Great Awakening, it was this "darkening of the light" of the human God spark that allowed the blatant usurping of control and the enslavement of humanity. But, just as all polarities must at some point resolve, the Great Awakening is "waking up" the hexed and hypnotized.
EXCERPT: As with any power, the imagination can be used for good or ill, and yet we seem to take that fact for granted when in reality it is the crux of the matter when it comes to quantum living. Nightmare scenarios of death and destruction is truly "praying to the devil".
God's creation is ever-expanding--without end--and depends on you being you. That "You-niqueness" is driving all Creation. It is the spear of Divine Will and Intent, and when we decide to bury our heads in the script and "be good", and learn our lines, we've effectively blocked Universal expansion, and created a frozen Comfort Zone of compliance, complicity and complacency.
What we choose to experience takes us to that world where that experience is happening, because it is our choices that determine the frequency of our experience within that parallel universe. Change the frequency, switch universes.
There could be a profound re-balancing away from global consumerism, to a producer-consumer model, where working in small groups with our hands we gain not only the advantages of locally produced goods and services, but also the emotional and spiritual rewards of goods well made for people we actually know.
By reframing, you are telling your body that you acknowledge its pain, and believe in its intelligence. Of course, by listening you will also receive information about anything you can physically do to help the body along in its journey to happiness and comfort.
I've also come to believe that much of what is "wrong" in the world is the inability to see the perfection of it over time. Hindsight always gives us that advantage of context when events happen that, at the moment, seem just plain wrong.
Quantum physics became famous for the discovery that the Observer (in an experiment) changes the outcome of an experiment by simply observing it. The implications of this discovery are vast. This ultimately means that you, simply by the act of perception change the way atomic and sub-atomic particles behave.
The big "SECRET" is that we are all hard-wired for joy, and that joy is only found in the present moment. I say "hard-wired" because joy is the basic and primal driving justification for existence. ALL of our attention, intention and our striving is for one purpose, and one purpose only: JOY.
EXCERPT: Medications work because they are metaphoric symbols, and their curative power lies in that symbol. Just because it is a symbol does NOT minimize its effectiveness. In many instances, the "placebo effect" is just as effective, or more so, than the "remedy" itself.
TEXT - https://pureenergyrx.com/blogs/pure-energy-rx-blog/this-quantum-life-146-its-all-belief
When we step into the realm of infinite possibility, we approach the cosmic power of potential--the power that creates universes. We step into this infinite realm of possibility on the magic carpet of pure curiosity. It is not the curiosity of "wondering what would happen if". It is the curiosity of "what new and wondrous creations are possible now?"
Our faith--what we depend on to be true--cuts both ways. We can have faith that life is one big joke then you die in everlasting darkness; or, we can have faith that life is basically good, and that we are infinite beings of everlasting light and love.
I believe what makes humans unique is we have the ability to access our Creator--the Eternal Source of Being. In other words, we possess the "God Gene", and are capable of reading the Mind of God.
More basically, we created from our desires, and those desires emanated from how we are being. Because we've been brainwashed into believing that our imagination is separate from what's happening to us, we see life as coming at us with all sorts of tasks to do before anything changes.
The great Wheel of Karma has at last turned, revealing the previously occulted evil on our fair planet. These occultists have created such cognitive dissonance, that even the most brainwashed of their former minions are now turning away from the dictates and mandates of control politics.
After considering this, I realized the extent that beliefs shape how we see others. But it goes deeper than simple judgments we make of people based on their appearance or their speech. It really begins with a world view.
Our body and our life could be seen as existing within and permeated by a great sea of conscious points existing as direct portals to the Creator. It is merely the belief that we are separated from Source that prevents us from allowing for the numberless Source portals in our body and immediate environment.
Of course, the real battle is between the forces of dark and the forces of light. And yet, this, too, is a misnomer. What's actually going on is that the dark doesn't want to be revealed, and the light wants to reveal it. T
Every problem has within it its solution. The solution is only accessible by holding both opposing forces that define it as a problem.
Fear as well as courage are contagious. A mindful pause for a few moments that disengages the imagination is all it takes to derail an amygdala event. Cortisol levels normalize, and curiosity is engaged as courage returns.
This separation from God Source is a choice point we all have, where we choose to separate our perception of the world into "inner" and "outer", when in Reality there is no such separation. When this separation is chosen the body and mind react with negative emotions and fearful thoughts, sometimes so intensely we forget we made the choice, and more importantly, we forget we have always been in the arms of God.
This also creates a space of compassion for the persons or situations that had previous threatened a cherished value. That person or situation was also triggered to attack, but did not have the benefit of taking that crucial pause of mindful gratitude before their monkey mind took over.
Observe that the current mandated tyranny in some quarters only thrives among the controllers and the non-sovereign souls lost in fear and confusion. Where there is an embrace of personal power and sovereignty, there can be no tyranny.
Hope arises from the belief in the "benevolent other"--the merciful god, the championing superhero, or even the belief in goodness itself. The problem with the way we think about hope is that it exists because of a force or power outside of ourselves. There becomes a disconnect between our personal power and what we perceive.
In the shaman's view the whole concept of "duality" was a crime, and as I contemplated the ramifications, I felt a weight begin to shift off my body. Without the duality game, there would be no death, there would be no birth, there would be no non-existence, no lack of anything. There would be no fear of existential destruction because all things are eternal.
One of my Peruvian shaman teachers used to say to me, "You know, maybe it's just not about you." The fact that he had to repeat it several times to me over the course of many months was a testament to my denseness. I never really got it until many years later. Yes, it's not just about my little local life right here sitting in this chair, typing on this computer and breathing this air. It's the reality that just by my being here is me participating in the creation of the universe.
What has happened is that over the course of our lives, we've created and entertained fearful thoughts, negative feelings and scary scenarios that were actually seeds. Then, all the warmongers and controllers had to do is water and fertilize those thoughts and feelings with convincing experts and mass media pundits telling us our worst fears were being realized.
In these chaotic days of mental, emotional and spiritual warfare, it has become a vital part of human health to seek out and find that "fortress of solitude" within each of us, where we can lean into the Great Silence of Divine Presence, and find that rock of equipoise that keeps us centered in the transcendence of the mundane.
The truth has a major advantage over lies: It is surrounded and infused with light. Lies are shrouded in darkness and misdirection. So when truth is being cemented over by lies, at some point, the light breaks through the darkness, and the lights of justice, love and peace shine out like a beacon.
We so often hand over our personal power to someone or something else, skipping the fine print and going "all in" with the flimsiest of justifications, and then get angry when we realize how cavalier we had been with our own sovereignty.
The resolution of pain and suffering is "over there" somewhere with "God", and once we've received a sufficient punishment, there will be a reward of relief. To me, this is a crime against Humanity on the one hand, but on the other, is that this mechanism is simply and definitively neutralized with the awareness of Source.
Feeling is the physical expression of being. It is the bridge to experience. We are literally feeling our way through life. If we change our feelings as a result of events, those events will continually repeat in response to our feelings about them.
We can always choose to experience something else. Our response to a situation or circumstance determines our mental and emotional state, and this we have some semblance of control over. If there is an initial and immediate shock, or disappointment, that is the moment to step back and realize there are forces at work here that require a wider perspective.
What the ego overlooks is the nature of things. It believes its entire world is there to provide for or steal away what it needs. It doesn't seek out the reasons for motivations of others, nor does it fully appreciate architectures that make things the way they are. It always takes things personally.
I've come to believe that every inspiration to action, if followed, brings us closer and closer to our highest life. It's that life filled with love, fun, and creativity--a life of harmony, security and freedom from worry.
When we get hung up on the negativity in the world, adding emotional reactions and blocking or cancelling all things "bad" we become agents of the conflict. By observing the chaos without resistance, and then choosing to find love, we amplify the goodness of not only our own life, but the lives of everyone.
By making it a habit to allow and release negative triggers, at some point we reach a state of equanimity with this experience called "life", and such states as compassion, appreciation, and understanding become the "triggered", or preferred, responses.
All of these negative emotions arise from fear. They arise from the kind of fear that seems to force us to imagine the worst-case scenarios--the "what ifs" that seem so possible, even circling around when things are going good.
At a local level, things may seem chaotic, but pull back to the bigger picture, and perspective begins to kick in. Once you can reach the place that allows and appreciates all points of view as being necessary, your mind becomes a fusion point to discharge the energies of opposition, bringing a little more peace to the world.
By allowing the "opposition" of the dark, it brings our own unconscious darkness into stark relief, and from that revelation we are made free to consciously choose our path. We may feel stifled, oppressed and victimized by these "evil" forces, but by allowing the evil to be what it is, we are freed from its control, and have retrieved our power of choice.
Every once in a while, one of us wakes up to the shenanigans behind the curtain, starts saying something, and is then silenced by the majority who don't want to wake up from their comfortable survival dream.
As infinite spiritual beings, part of us is residing outside of time and space, which could imbue our temporal lives with a sense of being directed by a higher force.
Being human is largely about bringing order to chaos, and we do that with love. In quantum living we see that bringing order to a small area of chaos causes the remaining field to harmonize. One small act of love ripples out into the world bringing order to a much greater chaos.
Now I see that forgiving self is only half of the equation. The other half is forgiving the mirror that is life. The illusion is that there is some greater power with an agenda behind everything. The cosmic reality is, that power is me.
There is something called "grace", that is a sort of "bridge"--that no matter how fearful and deprived we are being, grace always provides a way to lift ourselves out of fear into love, should we choose it.
Love enhances and revitalizes life, and can dissolve the frozen effects of fear. Speak love to fear and watch it cower in the shadows. By living life fearlessly, the world becomes a loving, exciting and fascinating place. Love is contagious and self-generating, requiring a fraction of the energy that fear demands of us.
History is replete with examples of entire societies enslaved and convinced of their safety, while the controllers exploit and murder their subjects. This is happening now in the world, and I believe we can make the choice to thrive despite it.
By allowing an energy (emotional opinion, judgmental conclusions, etc.), we automatically must observe it with detachment. This includes observing one's own emotional and intellectual responses. By allowing discordant and chaotic energies to be, it reveals the necessity of their being.
World War III is being waged as Information Warfare, folks, and it is finally getting everyone riled up enough to really find out what the hell is going on.
That anger and hopelessness only hooks in when it matches a narrative we already have about our life or life in general. We chose to decide things were a certain way, and here is the direct evidence proving how right we are. As my mentor said recently, "Being right is a false flag operation. What is actually going on is to misdirect you from your own gut."
Tearing it all down and clearing the land allows for new creations, new, higher ways of being and having, bigger and better ways to be what and who I am. But, if I just stop at clearing the land, and begin another search for something to tear down, aren't I going against the basic design and urge of the universe to create beyond measure?
When an unwanted condition or needed change takes more time than we erroneously predicted, we often just want it to be over. We start to question our strength, our perseverance and willingness to do what it takes. It's at this exact moment when we need to step back, drop the expectations, embrace the infinite wisdom of the Universe, and bask in deep gratitude for what we do have, and the beauty of who we are.
Pains and discomforts become the signposts of our resistance, and if diligently pursued, acknowledged, opened and allowed, transformation can begin.
The irony is that solitude amplifies connection. You start to see how your attention and consciousness permeates all things perceived, so an intimacy develops as self is reflected back in trees, birds, grass, the bed slept in, the breakfast before me. It's all just me. I am no longer a separate point of light alone in the void. I am all lights, and the void.
Once the reptilian brain has its heyday with the knee-jerk stupidity cortisol response, we regain our wits, and start to see the world for what it really is. Our senses heighten, our intuition is sharpened, and our bullshit detectors are on full sensitivity mode.
There is a humbling revelation of the gasping extent of the damage that was wrought by the slash and burn campaign of desperately seeking truth in the external, because every distrusting conclusion and condemnation, was another assault on self.
The ego lives in a sort of "opposite world", where everything it wants is in some way the reverse of the way things are. It then figures it must go to war against all this opposition, even though the opposition it sees is simply a reflection of its own resistance.
In many shamanistic traditions and many ancient tribal cultures there's the concept of "seeing" where what is seen is from the viewpoint that everything is energy.
These days, we are seeing the Science of Spirituality become the Spirituality of Science. With the advent of Quantum Physics, the door was flung open and the soft underbelly of Creation itself was revealed in all its bizarre strangeness.
We all have the authority to create a life we love. It is only our own inner contrariness that makes it seem impossible.
The refining power of consciousness is how love can transform experience. When we can love ourselves and love our life experience, it feeds higher refinement into the general field of conscious experience, so every living thing benefits.
One daunting feature of the trek to Higher Consciousness, is that many times it feels like tumbling uncontrollably down a rabbit hole. And like Alice, all that can be done is to accept and allow for all the strangeness.
We become convinced that we are separate entities because we must have done something wrong--the classic "fallen angel" syndrome, where for an apparently arbitrary reason, we are no longer a part of the Creator.
Basically, the only thing we "do" is make choices, and then experience the results of those choices. More complexity arises when we become aware of our motivations for our choices.
And we all know what happens when we try to control everything: God laughs. This is because it isn't about control. We get led down this path of misunderstanding by being taught that we must work hard with our bodies and minds to achieve what we desire, and if we don't do this, we can never achieve anything greater.
The waking up process can be difficult and at times unbelievable, but through a renewed, deep, committed love of ourselves, our humanity, our identity and experiences, we can reclaim all of what science, too, is just now beginning to realize--that we can and will be accepted with open arms into Galactic and Universal Culture.
Some would say we are afraid of our power. I don't believe this goes deep enough. Let us consider that it is not FEAR of our power, it is AWE. In fact, we can transcend our fears by being in awe of our own power.
We diligently seek "answers" when we don't know something, and mistakenly carry over that habit into our spiritual life where there is a whole other thing going on. We get confused between ego knowing and the awareness of self.
There is no "go to" concept we can focus on that is "not pain", other than focussing on what doesn't hurt, which, again, includes pain in the desire of it. It's no wonder it is so easy to get caught up in the "pain cycle'--the more it hurts, the more it traps your attention, which then leads to more of it.
By living a life without end, we send a message to our DNA to continually repair and regenerate, and we embrace the nourishing impossibility of non-existence. We have always been here, and will always be here. It's the inescapable essence of life.
By resisting the dark end of the spectrum, we expand it, and by longing for the light, we demonstrate how the light end of the spectrum is not what we are having, doing, or being.
Mindfulness is a vital practice, and anyone who says different is advocating for self-ignorance, low intelligence, and warlike approaches to the world's problems.
There is no need to "intend" anything. Just be. What you are experiencing is the way the universe is forming around who you are being, not what you "want" or "desire". The denial or rejection of who we are is what creates conflicts, "bad luck", and other life maladies.
The more we become aware of the darkness, the more important it is to embrace the light.
So what "healing" really means is to heal the lie of death that would have us believe we are not eternal, victimized by the false construct of "in here" vs. "out there"--the death we create by not believing that love is all there is, and not understanding that creation and destruction are the same thing.
By tuning in to that cosmic and mystical broadcast of oneness, you allow infinite possibilities to become available, and from there it begs the question: Which broadcast of possibility do you prefer?
Deep down in the behavioral DNA there's a gaping fear of not being, and I think what we may think of as a terror of the abyss or void, is actually excitement about infinite possibility.
The deep-down reality of the situation with disease and dysfunction is that we created or adopted--many times unwittingly--negative experiences that, because they were negative, we decided to block them, or denied them, or shoved them down into a dark hole of forgetfulness.
This pivots around to the basic nature of the universe--that it is consciousness-centric, and thus, must be basically good, or it wouldn't be here. More accurately, it can be said that consciousness is love, and that only love creates. So as long as the universe exists, it's all good, man.
We all have within our own Being access to all the power, knowledge and love in the Universe, and it is ONLY a matter of Being Who We Truly Are. We are all not only Children of God, but also the Father of those children, having our Being in cosmic love and trust that everything there is, is who we are: The Transcendental Object at the center of Creation.
This gets down to a basic tenant of quantum living: The universe you are experiencing is the reflection of who you are being. Want to change your life? Be something else.
From a cosmic view, everything that happens is exactly what is needed for a higher expression, or frequency of existence. We get glimpses of this "greater world", and yet have difficulty with the navigation to it, as though the vision of it requires physical movement or doing. This is not necessary. This greater world is the world where you love and honor yourself.
The significance of acknowledging awareness of non-terrestrial life, is to connect with the rest of the living universe. It is an evolutionary imperative.
By observing Self as consciousness throughout matter, it puts us in a powerful creative position. There is no uncertainty about what is going to be reflected back to us--we are just BEING, and the swirling of physical matter we call the perception of life is merely responding to that being.
There is comfort in the truth that all is truly well, and it's okay to have what I desire. Resisting the hows and how-comes, is a hollow, futile exercise in personal control dramas. The key is to relax and enjoy the ride.
On an individual level, what we are healing is the rift between the automaticities of unconsciousness, and the full, infinite awareness of total consciousness. We are literally transforming that which is unconscious into that which is conscious.
The "weirder" events are, the less past momentum they have, so that by jumping into the weirdness, your causation is amplified, since there were much fewer points of creation for the flow of events.
EXCERPT: When we begin to access previously shutdown perceptions and pathways to high abilities, it feels like a coming home, or a re-centering of being, just on the verge of overwhelming, yet completely natural. It is the Second Coming of the Self, the beginning of an embodiment of everything that is.

A healer is only effective as their ability to stir or invoke the acknowledgement of inner light in their clients, and a remedy, elixir, herb or potion only works when the consumer of it can access the pre-existing light the remedies are designed to summon.
Duck and cover is how we engage in full-blown denial of our fears and circumstances. It gives us a sort of sense of protection, even though it is no protection at all.
I'm coming to believe that assuming the Higher Self's viewpoint of "All is good" is the bridge between the endless trudging journey and the Utopian life.
There eventually arises a desire to "rise above it all", to transcend the hive minds, and get beyond all the conflict of this Opposite World. This is Nature's way of squeezing our consciousness into present time awareness, and drives us to be mindful and non-judgmental about everything around us.
There exists somewhere deep down in the DNA an aversion to the expected. For some of us "cosmic rebels", it not only became a central feature of our approach to life, but our entire lives reflect it. It, in and of itself, can be a sort of prison of the mind--just as any ego attachment to resistance can be.
Resistance to an unwanted condition inevitably gives it energy and further attaches it to my energy field. With allowance, the unwanted condition simply floats on by and fades off into the distance.
We hang up on the "not having it", when we ought to be focused intently on the direct having of it within the imagination. The subconscious Other is already clothing our imaginal desires in physical reality, as long as we let it do its job.
The "hack" or shortcut is right there as part of the original equipment we all came in with: the imagination. The imagination IS the creative force that determines all of our experience. By directing the imagination to create the feelings of what we desire in the body, then with repetition, the body's cells begin resonating with those feelings.
What's really needed is that once a choice is intended, give up on trying to control the getting of it. It's already in process and is inevitably on its way to you. It is the disbelief in this feature of consciousness, that blocks or creates barriers to the intention.
Flying in the face of Einstein's "Objective Realism" and Newton's "Laws", what scientists are coming around to is that what has been counted on to be solid, objective reality, is in fact, anything but.
I have come to see that gentle, certain intent trumps high-energy, forcible intent. Both achieve the objective, yet the former does it much more lovingly within the context of a healing space. Gratitude is the over-arching theme, as opposed to the unforgiving battleground of overcoming survival threats.
The most underrated and maligned architecture we have is the imagination. We've assimilated the cultural programming that the imagination is not real, when in fact, is the only true reality we have.ve.
What we come to realize is that every "problem", every difficulty, all the suffering and pain, is priming us for the pilgrimage to that glorious kingdom. Traps are everywhere and mercilessly convincing, adding more difficulty to the process.
The sum total of your feelings are reflecting back to you in 3-D ultra-high definition, and as you then react to this 3D broadcast with "This shouldn't be happening"--it's resistance, adding further energy to the unwanted circumstances. It's pretty much a trap--a cosmic Catch 22--designed to show you the mechanism.
The unseen problem with this Law, is that we are dealing with TWO (count 'em) TWO points where the Universe is responding according to the Law of Attraction: 1) Your higher self, or multi-dimensional self; and 2) your temporal self, experiencing itself in a physical body in this time-space three-dimensional linear timeline reality.
The crux of this matter is that however a person shows up to us, they are a reflection of our own judgments and conclusions--our own separation anxieties, fixed ideas and values. We tend to overlook the fact that they are having a similar experience down here on the streets as I am, and even if they haven't been paying attention to the same things I have, doesn't mean they don't have something to teach me.
But there is one "bad habit" that, to me, stands out from all the rest: Not seeing difficulties and setbacks as opportunities. There are very good reasons why difficulties are, well, so difficult. First, they hurt. The pain is either emotional, or sometimes literally physical. Second, they usually seem to be coming at us from outside our experience or expectations--they seem to happen "to us"--out of our control.
That's why when we CHOOSE to change our life into something exciting and worth living, all the reasons why that can't happen immediately show up. This is the "switch" that we had previously carefully and skillfully installed! Now it becomes a matter of repeating the choice--over and over--until the subconscious program is overwritten--that switch is turned off, and a new switch is turned on: "My life is exciting and worth living."
We all have the ability to CHANGE the way we feel, regardless of the outside causes of negative feelings.
I would also proffer the view that what drives most change is discomfort or pain of some level, and that it is impossible to change from an alleged "comfort zone". If we are truly in this theoretical comfort zone, why would we want to change from that?
On the other hand, why experience discomfort at all in a "comfort zone"? How about just choosing something different--perhaps with more magic, excitement and incredibleness?
Because our world is made of language, we can use it to define our lives in a more constructive and generative way, by simply repeating the words to construct the life of our dreams.
Humans are funny mammals--funny tragic, that is. At our core we are infinite spiritual beings, and by the time you zoom in through all the levels of power dissipation, we're left with individuals with tragically limited personal power, separated and compartmented into a matrix of beliefs about who and even what we are.
Since most of us are buffered from total and complete knowledge of who and what we actually are, the illusion is created that life is "happening to us", when in truth, life is happening as a result of us.
The energy of wonder--the amazement of creation--is one of the most attractive qualities you can show the Universe. The intelligence of the particles and waves swirling around you, are just waiting for you to want something amazing they can be a part of.
And we have that ability within our being to bring forth something from nothing. It is the function and destiny of consciousness--ever expanding, ever ramifying, ever evolving--from the enormity of the greatest galaxy clusters to the tiniest of flowers on a rock, there is no escaping the truth of our own power of creation.
Every time you replace a conclusion with a question, you've added a rung to the Ladder of Infinite Possibilities, allowing greater space, greater vision and higher awareness than you had before.
What if "The Afterlife" is all about making new choices--about doing things differently than we did them before to create a different result for ourselves. The fact that we use the death of the body as a way to "jump parallel universes" now seems, in light of this new possibility, rather over-dramatic and anachronistic.
Leading the pack also means seeing things the way they are NOW--not compared to the way they were, or some other past perceived joyful nirvana. Chances are that joyful nirvana is a self-defeating construct intended to neutralize best intentions in the present.
We're really talking about making the kinds of choices that launch you out of the comfort zone box into a whole new life. Now, not everyone wants to get out of the box, and that's a valid choice, too. But to really change it up--if that's what you need or want to do--then the Meaty Choice is your alternative.
The thing is, Life really doesn't care whether you personally live or die, since through living it expresses itself through you, and in death, simply uses the vacated quantum waves, molecules and cells to joyfully re-animate into new forms of life. So the choice to live or die is yours alone to make.
Out of chaos rises awareness and unheard of possibilities. This is America's greatest hope--to unite in the awareness of who the Controllers really are, and re-create a better world without them.
By declaring that you're stuck, you've just made a giant conclusion about everything that's happening around you. This limits your awareness of what is actually NOT stuck.
Rather than make "resolutions", choose an energy you would really like to have and feel in your life, and then as the possibilities and opportunities present themselves, simply re-choose and act. It's the truest way to actualize any desire, and will ensure you have a fabulous time ahead!
The entire physical world is in a constant state of "choosing" what to be, where to be it, and how to get there. And we either consciously participate in that choosing, or not.
Now, when I say "perfect", I'm talking about a result of the greatest good not only for me, but for all of humanity, the planet and the universe. This is way beyond my petty desires for how I would like everything to turn out.
Saying or thinking that you know something doesn't get you anything new. Being curious about what the hell you don't know is a much more fruitful path--in fact, it's pretty much the only path to discovery.
Lately I've been paying attention to what story I've been living. You'd think it would be obvious, just by looking around my life and noticing the patterns. But that doesn't account for habits of perception, and blind spots.
We are not islands. We are not separate "points of light" scattered across the void. The "void" is very much an ocean of connectivity, communion and consciousness. Our very atomic structure is intermingled with that of exploding stars, whirling galaxies and all the sentience that created it.
Take down the filters. Allow it all, feel it all, but skip lightly around and through it without caring or needing to somehow "do" something about it. The "doing" is not what is important. What is important is who you are being,
Finding that "clear space", that space of no thought that finds us floating in a sea of enfolding love and support, is the skill of transcendence.
Habituated thought is how we cope with the infiniteness of ourselves. We narrow down the bandwidth using judgments of right or wrong; we then justify those judgments by tying our experiences to them. We then leave it there--a nice comfortable little rut of unconsciousness.
(Sponsored by Pure Energy Rx - How Quantum Physics Does Health - pureenergyrx.com)
The moral to the story is that if you're attempting to actualize something, make sure it's not something else you're not acknowledging that you're making a deal breaker.
We all came into this reality agreeing to quite a long list of rules and laws, and by doing so, it shifted our power and energies to "the other". It's important to get why this is important. "The other" is the Infinite--all the infinite possibilities from which all possibilities are born.
Conventional wisdom without introspection allows one to embrace these memes, not because they are really true, but because they sound like they should be.
We choose everything that happens to us, and it's not as simple as making a black or white, 1-2 choice. Sometimes we make big decisions (choices) about "the way things are" in order to hold those conditions in place to minimize our powers or make ourselves "right".

Divine intervention seems like an intervention because it interferes with separation. It dissolves the awareness of separation into the Cosmic Whole, where everything is forgiven, healed and loved. This is the imminent destiny of humans on our beautiful planet.
The quantum truth of the matter is that ANYTHING could happen AT ANY MOMENT, since quantum states exist in and out of time, which makes all possibilities possible at any time.
I think it is a part of the human condition to strive for intensity of feelings; a way of creating a narrative of grandness and transcendence that rises above the "normal", the "mundane" or "average".
What if I'm unconsciously blocking the Universe by making all these plans, cooking up all these schemes, and worrying my pretty little head about outcomes?
My favorite spiritual teacher and savant, Teal Swan, summed up this whole approach with one question: "How does your pain make you feel?" Sit with that for a moment. "How does your pain make you feel?" What emotions are triggered by your pain?
When an unwanted condition or needed change takes more time than we erroneously predicted, we often just want it to be over. We start to question our strength, our perseverance and willingness to do what it takes. I
The Eternal is the sum of internal and external. Healing bridges that gap between death and eternal being.
An excellent mindfulness exercise is to entertain the question: What broadcast am I tuning in to? What am I broadcasting?
As I have begun to embrace this "living in the unknown", I have started to re-frame it as "living in infinite possibility." The habitual tendency of the mind and emotions to worry has now become a signal to observe how past perceived traumas have left their mark and sculpted a terrain of avoidance--much like keeping your hand away from a flame, or not moving when in pain.
All unconscious, unwanted energy we sequester in the "unconscious" is connected to the entire conscious field of the universe. By freeing this blocked, unconscious energy, we regain power and contribute to the collective sentience of the universe.
My first real glimpse into cosmic discovery came about in a cliché way back in 1971 during a psychedelic experience. The gateway was "Orange Sunshine", and the experience was: "I saw what god was". I couldn't talk about the experience for years, but I've thought about it for over 40 years.
Back when I was a much younger man, my shaman guide at the time told me, "About ninety-percent of what you're doing is unnecessary." And like most of what he said back then, it went sailing straight over my furry little head. I remember chuckling ironically at the statement, but it stuck with me, although it wasn't until recently I actually understood what he meant.
The love of and in our life starts with the self. If we don't love ourselves, we literally cannot love our life, and thus the things, people, circumstances and events within it. To love self is to honor self, and this can be a hard one.
The process of extraterrestrial Disclosure is a metaphor for the revealing of higher consciousness as the next great evolutionary jump for humans on Earth.
