A Celebration of Our National Independence
The Fourth Sunday after Pentecost

Welcome to worship in the name of Jesus, the risen and reigning King of kings and Lord of the Nations! Today marks not only the Fourth Sunday after Pentecost, but we also celebrate the 246th anniversary of the signing of the Declaration of Independence on July 4, 1776. Our worship today focuses on the blessings and responsibilities of being a Christian citizen, humbly living as the people of God in Christ Jesus as citizens of both the kingdom of heaven and the kingdoms of the earth. Led by the Holy Spirit, we seek to honor and serve our God, and to honor and serve our country.
