By Jessica Dyer / Journal Staff Writer Public input has slightly reshaped Albuquerque's plan for reducing city bus service, but it may not keep the Blue Line from going dark. The Blue Line — known also as the 790 ARTx — currently travels from the Northwest Transit Center to the University of New Mexico area about every 45 minutes. The city Transit Department included it in a December list of proposed service suspensions.
