By Aubrey Hovey / Journal Assistant City Editor   Desert View Elementary, Valencia Middle School, Tome Elementary, Valencia Elementary and Valencia High School are under a shelter-in-place due to law enforcement activity in the area, Los Lunas Schools Superintendent Arsenio Romero told the Valencia County News-Bulletin this morning. According to the News-Bulletin, Romero said students are safe and the district will provide updates and more information as it becomes available.
