MOD episodes have no shelf-life or expiration date. Since our focus is principled and always happening now - they will always in all ways reflect the moving nature of current events.
Emotional sobriety is sane living. There is nothing sane about thinking who we are is what we think. Trying constantly to feel better about thinking that is worse is silly. Yet taking what we think so seriously as to imagine it is who we are is no laughing matter. We can think all we want about what we think but we will never become something we do no matter how obsessively we focus our thoughts.
We are so free as to be able to create a sense of condemnation by thinking we’re not thinking what we’re thinking and so not doing what we’re doing. Looking like we’re not thinking what we’re thinking and doing what we’re doing is a cover-up that takes enormous effort and never works since like all lies, it’s a lie.
There is no good reason to use reason as an excuse to appear better than we feel - so it is only sick thoughts that have us try.
We are here to recognize that Well Being is better than trying to chronically feel better about what we’re thinking that’s worse. Feeling better doesn’t mean liking what we feel but getting better at feeling what we’re feeling. Aligned thoughts are not maligned nor do they cause any disturbance.
Freedom is our natural state of Mind. To have what we think as what we think does not create conflict or the seemingly sticky nature of obsessive thoughts. Internal conflict is a choice to see things not as they are but only as we think. What is falsely held as true dissipates and dissolves the contrary thought immediately when seen accurately. There is no friction or pressure on trith and truth is not what we think but what we all share with reality as the basis for existence and life.
