Having the right to think does not make what we think right.
Thinking thoughts are true is to think all that exists is only what we think. To think thoughts create reality is to imagine all we are is what we think. Imposter syndrome reflects the imposition of these thoughts posing as our “self”. The natural consequence of this mistaken identity is to feel we don’t belong where we are so must constantly seek where we should be. Feeling disconnected and lonely is typical along with always wanting to feel better. This someplace, somewhere else we long for is imagined to contain things we think will fulfill us while never quite finding enough so continue to look elsewhere. These conditions are not imposed on us but created by us.
Truth and Reality are simple since they do not change. Since nature is a reflection of reality and truth our essence is essential, not optional or negotiable. Expressing the radiant brilliance of our enlightened nature is present and where we are now. We know we know and are aware we are aware. We can think otherwise which reveals it is what we incorrectly believe that creates mis-takes and mis-givings.
All voluntary and compulsive behaviors start with a thought. While it is only a wrong thought, thought to be right, that causes reactive, impulsive, and compulsive behaviors they are freely chosen even as we feel condemned to repeat them. Effects are immediately preceded by a cause. Problems understood are not problems and only persist when we think of them inaccurately. A lie as a lie is no longer a lie. Aligning with what is actually happening allows choices based on peace rather than the disturbance of maligned thoughts in conflict with them-selves.
We always choose, right or wrong, freely despite what we think. Consequences affect our experience immediately. Circumstance offers perspective. To deny either only distracts attention from the perfect perspective created to see our mistaken ideas clearly.
What is absolute is indivisible, present, available, in reach and in touch, and always revealed wholly no matter our effort to pretend otherwise. Understanding is how we see invisibility. To understand our absolute nature is to dissipate conflict only found in thought. "Fools ( foolish thoughts ) rush in where Angels fear to tread." Angels know better than to create fear by imagining they are the creators of - rather than expressions of - reality. To think of insanity as our only possibility is to feel dispossessed while possessed and condemned by a force acting against us, while we create this impression to excuse our involvement. How thin the seemingly thick impenetrable veil once our insistence to get over what we create is over.
Thinking about thinking itself does not create us it creates more thought. To talk or think to our self is to talk and think of our thinking. To think of something we have as something we “have” to do twists what we have freely into something we think we are condemned to do.
Our discussion is an awakened contemplative mediation to apply what we know even as we may not think so. Discussing things openly has emptiness become full of emptiness rather than a vacuum we obsessively try to fill. Openly discussing what is happening as it is happening is an exercise to better express our natural stability and abilities. Nature is easy. Fighting it is hard since the only seeming gain is complication and pain. Pain is evidence something is wrong, not reality.
Insanity is not sane.
Let's talk about it.
