John and I have a long history. He wanted to focus on some of his questions and so we did. He also thought his questions might help others too. The opportunity to have his proactive focus is helpful as this discussion develops through interaction - that includes all others. We will probably continue as his questions were ordered a pad many pages long.

It is not my words that define who we are but the knowing awareness we share. Noticing your experience and that there may be more going on than you think is to start seeing any thought's limits as a beginning rather than the means of an end. There is no defense, so no fight, in letting things be as they are since they are as they are even when we create mental debates over how they are or what we think they should be. Lies exist only appear to exist in thoughts imagining what is false can ever be true.

Consider that all thoughts are considerations and to think of them as true is to think of thought as the creator of reality. If our most fundamental thinking is not only wrong but thought to be right and thus real and true, the impossibility of this would naturally contaminate all of our thoughts.

We each have an impact, we each change things, and we each make a difference.
It is what we each do with what we experience that determines how we act socially. How things are is how we want them since things are always as they are now. Social ills or well-being can be used to distinguish healthy or unhealthy thoughts.

If we can make things worse, we can get better - especially since we know we know, we know more than we think - we know.

We appreciate that you're listening - and welcome any communication. You are also welcome to send us your email to receive our link and announcement for the live discussion occurring all but the last Sunday of each month from 9 - 11 am + Pacific Standard Time. contact@mentalobsession.com
