M**OD episodes have no shelf-life or expiration date. Our focus is principled and always happening now - so each episode reflects the fluid motion and immediacy of the current events that we all share.
Sobriety is sanity.**
Emotional sobriety is sane living.
Ever wonder why right here and right now are never considered wrong here and wrong now? Wrong is a thought - a possibility to consider what we imagine that does not align with or have any applicable purpose or basis in reality or truth - as its basis is purely what we think. It is not wrong to think wrong thoughts yet once we think they’re right inner conflict, emotional turmoil, and mental anguish are the domestic language our bodies speak, reflecting accurately, like an image in a mirror, exactly what we are thinking. It is how we think not that we think that causes disturbances. This clearly indicates we know better than we think. To think it has nothing to do with us is to think there is nothing we can do to resolve it so repeating it hoping it will come true continues. This mental addictive re-active cycle will not stop as long as we continue to make believe we are not setting it in motion. Emotions are in motion, fluid: a current, current. To think we need to fix them is to think they can be stopped, held in place while feeling captive to the place we are in, thinking it is the last place we want to be - while it is always where we are, as we are, no matter what we think.
To think thoughts are reality is to dream a fight to overcome nightmarish ideas is our life’s purpose. Our discussion aims at dis-spelling the words used to spread these rumors.
Feelings are accurate assessments of how we are thinking not what we are thinking about. A wrong thought does not make me, another persona, or anything else wrong. Wrong thoughts are made wrong initially. To think we are not doing what we are doing to cause them is to think we see clearly how all others and things are wrong. To think Life is impossible simply because we are entertaining impossible ideas is laughable - only after we admit how seriously we have taken our chosen baseless thoughts. Reactive, impulsive, and compulsive behaviors threaten life-forms even as we vainly proclaim to be saving them. Any defensive preoccupation challenges our ability to express the breadth of our functional capacity.
Insanity is not far but immediate to imagining that thinking is reality and thus thinks up our self when thinking of itself. This leads to thinking all we are is thought, and what we think is all we can be; so the only thing we can act upon to save our sup-posed life is reactive, impulsive, and compulsive behaviors. The actual threat of taking this self seriously is the resulting anxiety and stress that actually puts our human life form’s ability to function properly, health-fully, reason-ably, and logic-"ally" at risk.
To love an image exclusively is to inherently hate reality. This story has been told for the whole of written human history as though we are stuck to our past, that is no more than what we think of it, now.
Narcissus died staring at his image for so long that he never loved anyone or anything else. In his case food for thought was a starvation diet - that eventually killed him.
We can always think again. Like with any choice, we are always free not to choose, so always free not to RE choose any obsessive thought.
