The mental-obsession is the core disease of reactive, impulsive, and compulsive behaviors - also known as addictions.  If you suffer from mentally obsessive thinking you know it but may not understand why.  This mental ailment is not limited to people with overt or obvious addictions but all who struggle with inner conflict.

Our conversation will include people who struggle with obsessive thoughts.  Our focus is to accurately assess its cause and how it can be resolved.  Life is not impossible when we ask thoughts to do and be what they are not designed to do or be  -  but life can seem that way when we demand thinking succeed at doing what is impossible.  If we can make anxiety and stress worse, we can get and are better for recognizing what we are doing.

It is our goal to open this conversation to interested ears as we learn to get better at discussing it openly.  If you experience this chronic mental disturbance listening to what we share and learn from each other may provide great benefits.

The world is much bigger and better than the one we think we live in alone.  Your participation in the discussion is how you respond or react to what you hear.  We know you and others are within our reach and we all appreciate knowing you are listening.
