Open-source, DIY Automated Insulin Devices (AIDs) are becoming more popular around the world. In this episode, Dr. Martin de Bock (paediatric endocrinologist & researcher) joins us again to talk about his latest research using open-source systems. These are off-label systems people with T1D are building and using to gain tighter glucose management. Martin's research highlights the importance of healthcare professionals being open to talking about these systems with people with T1D using them.
