Baqi Martin is an LCSW-Supervisor and Regional Executive Director of Connections Wellness Group. He has a Master's Degree in Clinical Social Work from New Mexico Highlands University and has devoted his career to serving and working with children, youth and families.  As clinicians, we are trained on what dysfunctional family roles are but not what healthy functioning family roles are.
