The next few episodes were recorded in the foothills of the Rocky Mountains outside of Boulder, Colorado where I spent a long weekend. In this episode I stop and sit on a trail in the forest. I notice some gorgeous purple flowers, the wind, and the silence. Over the weekend I had the opportunity to tap into the stillness and peace in my heart, rather than my mind.
