When we think of Horror in mass media we tend to think of movies and Stephen King, two examples of relatively short form horror that can create dread and suspense in controlled doses in order to build fear within their audiences. However, long form horror, such as story based TV programs, have been around just as long, if not longer, but seem to work on a different set of parameters to varying degrees of success compared to their more compressed counterparts.
