As a recovering fixer and people pleaser, i tend to put people before myself but this time, i am choosing me. Spiritually, emotionally, mentally, physically , whole heartedly, intentionally! & maybe theres something you feel the same way about… it may be your physical health or it may be something else, but i want you to know you can do it, you will do, i am here with you, i am here for you. Lets get it right, get it right, get it tight. Whatever IT is, Let’s get intentional about it.
