DISCUSSION TOPICS
- Collector.Live! 2022 — Why is this such an important event for the industry? Why do you choose to participate? Why should companies sign up? Why is it important to get additional outside training to help collectors?
- COVID is running rampant across the country and across the ARM industry. Do you think companies are doing a better job of managing the situation now than they did in the past? Are there any long-term changes that are going to occur in the ARM industry as a result of COVID?
- The IRS is going to start accepting income tax returns 17 days earlier than usual. Will this have any impact on the ARM industry? The IRS is also worried about other challenges, such as people reporting the correct amounts because of funds that may have been received through the Economic Impact Payment or Child Tax Credit. What impact do you think that will have on tax season for the ARM industry?
- There is a debate online about whether it is ok to use a gift card when leaving a tip for a server/waitstaff. What are your thoughts? Should companies in the ARM industry take payments via gift cards?
- Something that you read/watched/listened to and would recommend to the audience.
