This is actually the first episode I recorded for what was originally the Creative Cultivation Audio Series. We're now officially in Podcast land so I'm excited to re-launch this first episode to share with you!

This episode is about consent, a topic that, as a Sex Educator, as a woman and as a human, I feel deeply passionate about. It's actually the topic that made me want to start this podcast in the first place. 

I believe consent is a living, breathing organism in intimacy, in relationships, and in life.
