Welcome back busy Bees! Let me introduce you to our new guest, Wimintra.

Wimintra is definitely a busy bee!

She is a mom to a wonderful girl calls Jordan. She is an entrepreneur. Wimintra is the founder of Hotelintel.co (https://hotelintel.co) and WIMINTRA Company limited (https://www.wimintra.com). Hotelintel.co is a one-stop portal for news and intelligence for things hotels, hospitality and industry related investment.

Wimintra is also running a pro-tech startup and doing venture building at Whatnot Startup Studio (https://whatnot.co). Yet she still finds time to launch her new clothing business Whooshe.inc (https://www.instagram.com/whooshe.inc/)

Having to undergo an emergency C-section is stressful and can even be traumatic as a first-time mom, but at least when you decide to do it in an international hospital and one of the best hospitals in the country you expect proper high standard measures in place and the healthcare providers to manage the pain during the surgery.

In this episode, Wimintra will open up about her traumatic C-section or what her husband called hospital horror. She has experienced the most terrible caesarian operation due to anesthesia failure. Indeed the anesthesia administrated was not enough hence it did not work. She felt herself being cut open while still conscious, she felt every single incision during the operation.

No doubt this story could send chills up anyone’s spine.

Wimintra is of these women I like to call kick ass women who are not easily scared or intimated. Despite this traumatic experience, she was back on her heels and ran her business after a week of postpartum recovery.
