Paul continues on with the blessings we have as a result of our justification by faith alone in Christ alone. We shall be saved by wrath through Him. As followers of Jesus Christ, we are not appointed to wrath. Much more, because we have been reconciled, we will be saved by His life. This gives us great cause to rejoice in God through our Lord Jesus Christ.

Paul now wraps up his case of justification by faith alone in Christ alone by contrasting and comparing justification with condemnation. This section is a contrast between Adam and Christ. Adam as representative of ruined humanity and Jesus representative of redeemed humanity.
