The Two Gay Geeks 🏳️‍🌈 have a chat with our good friend Joseph Gaxiola, Chairman of the Board of Joshua Tree Feeding Program. Joseph tells us how he became involved with Joshua Tree and about their mission for the last 33 years. About Joseph Gaxiola

Joseph Gaxiola is the Chairman of the Board of Joshua Tree Feeding Program. Joseph is also a drag performer specializing in fundraising and most notably Joshua Tree where he later became involved and has been active for several years.

About Joshua Tree Feeding Program

The goal of the Joshua Tree Feeding Program is to provide nourishment to low-income HIV+ residents of Maricopa County. We provide balanced meals from our pantry as well as medical and community resources to encourage the self-sustainability of our clients in a social, supportive, and welcoming environment where privacy, cultural, spiritual, and religious values are respected.

Our expanded services give assistance to our client's pets and provide food and supplies to keep the pets in low-income homes to maintain the comfort and support they provide to those with HIV/AIDS.

Joshua Tree has added a new Distribution Day for those in the gender non-conforming community who may be experiencing food insecurity.
