Josh Driscoll is a Husband, Father, Personal Trainer, Owner of multiple Gyms and the host of his own podcast "Ballarat Talks".
Joined by a very special guest co-host Sam Griffin, over a few red wines we chat with Josh about his upbringing and where his motivation and work ethic come from. He shares the pivotal moment that changed his body image and awareness forever and what drove him to be successful. We talk about his relationship with his Wife Taylah and why he thinks thinks they work so well as a couple.
After starting out as a PT, Josh went on to co-own 4 Gyms/businesses that are all successful and thriving. He chats about what it takes to set up a Gym, the long hours and sacrifice of owning your own businesses and how they survived during the many lockdowns in the last two years.
We then discuss Josh's interest and investment in the world of Crypto and NFT's, how he first became interested in The Meta verse and Blockchain and how he has introduced Sam into this world.....which stresses me out a little! Haha. Josh shares his knowledge in this field and also encourages the listeners to really take risks and chances while you are still young!
Finally we chat about Josh's own Podcast "Ballarat Talks" how he first became inspired to get into the podcast world and what he enjoys most about interviewing. We discuss podcasting logistics and the parts we find easiest/hardest in this space.
