We all know cheating is a yucky word and is obviously an awful thing to go through, but some of the most profound things i took away from this episode were the long lasting effects of cheating and having an unfaithful partner, the self esteem and relationship issues it can bring into future relationships and the impact it can have on your confidence as a person.
