Tracy Moseley is a legend in mountain biking and one of Britain’s most successful and best-known female mountain bikers! Do yourself a favor and check her out on Google or Wikipedia. No word of a lie, she has more winning titles than the Duchess of Alba.

BUT more than that, Tracy has a degree in Biological Science, is a wife, mom to 3-year old Toby AND works for Trek Bikes supporting athletes in their careers. 

We talked motherhood, doing it all, eBikes, enduro, life at 41 and how to survive a crazy world.

TWO things stood out for me in our conversation. 

• ONE was Tracy's approach to fear which she describes as practicing confidence.
• AND the other was on slowing down and making a conscious effort to keep life simple which is a philosophy she wants to impart to her son.
