• Jo Cowan is a co-ordinator for the Highland Senior Citizens Network.  A Highland-wide network of local voices who strive to truly empower the voices of senior citizens across the Highlands including those living with dementia.
• Last year along with her colleague Anne McDonald they both took part in the In-person and then Online bold Social Leadership Programme. In this episode Jo chats about her thoughts and feelings about the programme and the ways she has since flourished as a social leader.
